Spam Management

Email messages that are identified as spam will be quarantined. You may view and manage your quarantined messages through a web interface accessible here. The interface allows you to view and deliver messages that were quarantined as well as maintain a list of known sources of spam.

  • View and Release Blocked Messages

    All messages in the quarantine can be viewed. If a message was incorrectly identified as spam, you can have it delivered to your inbox.

  • Create, Delete, and Edit Approved and Blocked Senders

    Through the interface you can maintain a list of blocked and approved senders. Blocked senders are addresses that are known sources of spam. If an email arrives from a blocked sender it will be placed in quarantine. Approved senders are addresses that are known to be sources of legitimate email. Messages from approved senders will be delivered to your inbox.
